Apple Pie with Cheddar cheese form

 ** For the Pie Crust ** 


-2 1/2 mugs  each- purpose flour 


- 1 mug unsalted adulation, cold and cut into  cells  


-1/4 mug granulated sugar 


-1/2 tablespoon  swab 


-1/2 mug ice water  


 For the Filling


- 6- 7 medium- sized apples( a  blend of sweet and tart  kinds like Granny Smith and Honeycrisp),  hulled, cored, and sliced  


-1/2 mug granulated sugar 


-1/2 mug light brown sugar, packed  


- 2 soupspoons  each- purpose flour 


- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon 


-1/4 tablespoon ground nutmeg 


-1/4 tablespoon  swab 


- 1 teaspoon bomb juice 


- 1 tablespoon vanilla excerpt   


For the Beating


- 1 mug sharp cheddar  cheese,  tattered  


  Instructions   


1. Make the Pie Crust


- In a large  coliseum, combine the flour, sugar, and  swab. 


- Add the cold wave, cubed adulation to the flour admixture.


 Use a confection  knife or your fritters to cut the adulation into the flour until the admixture resembles coarse  motes. 


- Gradationally add the ice water, one teaspoon at a time, mixing until the dough just comes together. 


- Divide the dough in half, shape each half into a slice, serape  in plastic serape , and chill for at least 1 hour.


   2. Prepare the Filling


- Preheat your roaster to 375 °F( 190 °C). - In a large  coliseum, combine the sliced apples, granulated sugar, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg,  swab, bomb juice, and vanilla excerpt. Toss until the apples are unevenly  carpeted.




   3. Roll out the Pie Crust


- On a floured  face, roll out one slice of pie dough to fit a 9- inch pie dish.


 Precisely transfer the rolled- out dough to the pie dish, gently pressing it against the bottom and sides.



   4. Assemble the Pie


- Pour the  set apple filling into the pie crust. 


- Sprinkle the  tattered cheddar  cheese unevenly over the apple  stuffing.


   5. Roll out the Top Crust


- Roll out the alternate slice of pie dough and place it over the apple  stuffing and  cheese.


 Trim any  redundant dough, leaving a small  protuberance.   


6. Seal and Vent the Pie


- Fold the  protuberance of the top crust under the bottom crust and crimp the edges to seal the pie.


 Cut a many gashes in the top crust to allow brume to escape during baking.


    7. Singe


- Place the pie on a baking  distance to catch any drips.


 Singe in the preheated roaster for 50- 60  twinkles or until the crust is golden brown, and the  stuffing is  gamesome.


   8. Cool and Serve


- Allow the pie to cool on a  line rack for at least 2 hours before serving.


 This allows the  stuffing to set.   


9. Enjoy


- Serve the apple pie with cheddar  cheese slices on the side, or if you prefer, melt a bit of cheddar over each slice when serving.
